ISKCON Dwarka and the Adani Group have partnered to offer a range of service initiatives at the eagerly awaited Kumbh Mela 2025. With crores of pilgrims anticipated to attend, this ISKCON and Adani Group collaboration is set to introduce comprehensive service initiatives that will enhance the experience for all participants.

Comprehensive Service Framework and Meal Distribution

The Kumbh Mela 2025 service initiatives include the daily provision of 2 lakh meals on ‘Amrit Snan’ days, sponsored by the Adani Group, nourishing pilgrims as they participate in the sacred tradition of taking a dip in the Ganga. This feeding program will operate for three days surrounding each Amrit Snan.

The ISKCON Adani partnership extends beyond the ‘Amrit Snan’ day meals. ISKCON plans to distribute 60,000 meals daily throughout the event, including 18,000 meals specifically for dedicated sanitation workers, recognizing their crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the Mela.

Transportation Infrastructure and Spiritual Programming

As part of the Kumbh Mela 2025 community service program, the Adani Group addresses transportation needs within the Mela grounds by sponsoring golf cart services for elderly pilgrims, differently-abled individuals, and mothers with children. The group will also provide meals for electric bus drivers and conductors, who are expected to transport over 1 lakh pilgrims daily.

Spiritual programs are also being planned with accommodations arranged for 3,000 devotees by the ISKCON Kumbh Team, led by Sanaka Sanatana Prabhu. These facilities will host kirtans, devotional dances, and educational discourses for attendees.

ISKCON’s participation also includes the ‘Bullock Cart Sankirtan’, a daily procession of devotees chanting the Hare Krishna Mahamantra and playing traditional instruments. The procession will move throughout the Kumbh Mela grounds, engaging pilgrims in chanting and dancing.

ISKCON Dwarka’s Vice President, Gaur Prabhu, spoke on the partnership stating, “Serving pilgrims during the Amrit Snan days reflects ISKCON’s mission of compassion and devotion. With Adani’s support and the ISKCON Kumbh Team, we aim to ensure a spiritually uplifting experience for attendees.”
